The short version: one address for everything — hello@chapterhouse.club. A person reads it, and you will hear back within two working days.

01Getting help

Email hello@chapterhouse.club with whatever has gone wrong, however small. It helps to include what you were doing when it happened, what phone you are on, and a screenshot if there is something to see. There is no ticket system to fight and no chatbot to get past.

02Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google, so there is no Chapterhouse password to forget or reset — if you cannot sign in, check the Apple ID or Google account on your phone first, then write to us.

You can delete your account from inside the app, from your profile. Deletion is permanent: your personal data is removed within 30 days, and anything that must remain in a chapter's shared record is anonymised so it no longer names you. The detail is in the privacy policy. If you cannot reach the app, email us and we will delete the account for you, with a check first that it is really you asking.

03Chapters, invites and seats

Chapters are invite-only. To join one, ask its Chapter Master for an invite link; there is no directory and no search. A chapter holds at most twelve members — if the link says the house is full, that is the twelve-seat rule, not a fault. You can leave a chapter at any time from the chapter screen; what stays behind when you go is set out in the privacy policy.

04Reporting and blocking

If another member's post crosses a line, report it from the app — the author is not told who reported it — or block the member, which hides their content from you. What counts as crossing the line, and what happens to reports, is set out in the community standards.

05The waiting list

The waiting list holds your email address and nothing else. To come off it, reply to any note we have sent you, or email hello@chapterhouse.club and we will remove you.
